Scheduling Prehealth Appointments

Prospective students, freshmen, and sophomores (including those seeking information about Early Assurance and the Combined BS/DDS Programs) may schedule an appointment to see Dalene Aylward or Nicole Schwab. Dalene also advises juniors and seniors. Dalene is located in 108A Norton Hall and Nicole is located next door in 108B. Please set appointments by calling 716-645-6013, or by going to 109 Norton Hall between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Juniors and seniors, and freshmen and sophomores who are candidates for Early Assurance Programs, the Combined BS/DDS Degree Program, alumni, and international students may schedule an appointment to see Libby Morsheimer. Libby is located in 107F Norton Hall. Please set appointments by calling 716-645-6013 or by going to 109 Norton Hall between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Because appointments are generally 30 minutes in length and are booked back-to-back, please consider arriving no earlier 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Also, please try to arrive on time so that we might be able to address all of your concerns in the time allotted.
