Chemistry 107- General Chemistry for Engineers

Please note that only students who are permitted to be registered in CHE 107 are those with an approved major in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS) or students who are in need of repeating CHE 107.  Although the registration system will permit other students to register in this course, you will be dropped from the course if you do not meet these criteria. The Department of Chemistry as well as SEAS will run occasional reports to detect students registered inappropriately, drop students from the course, and notify students of this action via their UB email account.

If CHE 107 is appropriate for you, please remember that you need the lecture, lab and recitation. In order to provide maximum flexibility in scheduling, the lecture does not come chained with the lab and recitation.

Attention Prospective Chiropractic Students

Come learn about the opportunities that Life University (Georgia) has to offer you.

Join Mr. Mackel Harris from Life University on Monday, March 31, 2008 at 3:30 p.m. (ROOM TO BE ANNOUNCED) to learn more about the field of chiropractic as well as admissions’ requirements and details about Life University. Chiropractors, also known as doctors of chiropractic or chiropractic physicians, diagnose and treat patients with health problems of the musculoskeletal system and treat the effects of those problems on the nervous system and on general health. Many chiropractic treatments deal specifically with the spine and the manipulation of the spine. Chiropractic medicine is based on the principle that spinal joint misalignments interfere with the nervous system and can result in lower resistance to disease and many different conditions of diminished health.
