AED Info for THIS WEEK

Here is important information about upcoming events and deadlines for AED:
AED is looking for volunteers to help out at the Flu Clinic offered by UB Student Health Services. Volunteers will be needed to set-up/tear down, hand out consents, help other students who are receiving the shot, and so on. AED will be helping on the following dates:
Thursday November 15, 9am-3pm in the Student Union Social Hall
Friday November 16, 9am-3pm in Harriman Hall (South Campus)
Please let me (Katie Brewer; kbrewer@buffalo.edu) know if you can volunteer during any of these times.
AED Meeting THIS Thursday, November 15 at 5:30pm in Clemens 119. We will be hosting a raffle to win a discounted Kaplan MCAT prep course. Also, we are selling AED sweatshirts for $22. Students applying to AED may ask any questions about the application or turn in their application at the meeting. Pizza and pop will be served! I just wanted to mention that we will be selling only 30 hoodies, so first come, first serve. Also, Kaplan offers a percentage-off discount to ALL AED members, so members should point this out when signing up for a prep class. And, students do not need to be an AED member to attend meetings, they are open to everyone.
THE 2007 AED APPLICATION IS DUE BY FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 16 AT 5:00PM IN 109 NORTON HALL. A copy of the application can be downloaded from our website.
