Greater NY Hospital Undergrad Summer Internship Program

The Greater New York Hospital Association is coordinating in conjunction with the Institute for Diversity in Health Management, the National Association of Health Services (NAHSE), and the Association of Hispanic Healthcare Executives to offer an internship for students interested in pursuing a career in health care management. The program promotes diversity in health care management. Members of minority groups are encouraged to apply.

Program Criteria

- Must be a junior, senior or spring 2007 graduate
- Must have strong academic record of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale
- Must show a sincere interest in and/or commitment to a career in health care management
- Must demonstrate excellence in extracurricular and community service activities

Applications are available by contacting Libby Morsheimer in 108a Norton Hall and must be received by GNYHA by MARCH 2, 2007.

Only first time applicants will be considered for the program. Students are responsible for travel, housing and other expenses for their internship.
