Event: CPR Certification Class
Description: BASIC LIFE SUPPORT FOR THE HEALTHCARE PROVIDER
For health care providers such as, but not limited to, day care providers, EMS personnel, physician assistants, doctors, lifeguards and students in exercise science, nursing, medical school or pharmacy school who must have a credential (card) documenting successful completion of a CPR course.
Payment and registration are required by Thursday, March 26 for this event. For details, email us at: msandhu3@buffalo.edu. As this course normally costs around $60.00, PMWB will be offering it for almost half price. However, due to the discount this event will be limited to the first 20 people who sign up.

Event: Film Screening
Description: Invisible Children
What started out as a documentary by 3 film-making students in 2003, has since become a social, political and global movement. Their powerful outlook instills a healthy sense of activism and encourages college-age students to engage in the injustices around them creatively and effectively. Invisible Children, a non-profit organization, puts focus on rebuilding the educational and social infrastructure in northern Uganda while raising awareness for the ongoing conflict and its affects here in the States.
