Vet Assistant Position Available
A vet assistant position is available at Spring Grove Animal Hospital on Transit Road in East Amherst. The position is part time, afternoons/early evenings (approx 3-6 pm) and on Saturday mornings (9am-12). No prior animal related experience is necessary, as they will train, but it is a considered a plus. Person must have own transportation. Duties: hold animals for doctor during office exams, minor procedures (blood draws, nail trims, etc.); general cleaning (cages, floors, exam room counters, etc.); working with clients - taking phone calls when needed, checking clients in/out.
