Millard Fillmore College is launching an undergraduate CPR class (MFC 151) for spring 2016. It is a 4 week hybrid class and the students will earn 1 credit along with earning certifications in Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers, Heartsaver First Aid, and Preventing Disease Transmission.
Hands-on skills will be taught in room 208 UB Gateway within the downtown Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. The course will primarily be conducted online and the hands-on skills portion will be conducted with an American Heart Association instructor.
All participants will be required to pay an online certification fee of $30.

The UB Student National Medical Association (SNMA) and CSTEP are co-sponsoring Rx for Success in Preparing for Medical School on Saturday, February 27, 2016 from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm in the UB Jacobs School of Medicine – Lippshutz Room (Room 125).
This event is free and open to all students.

• To learn important information about the medical school application process, the interview process and medical student life from current UB medical school students, local physicians, admissions staff and medical faculty.
